When you submit a contact form on our site, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and any message you include. This information is used solely to respond to your inquiry and discuss booking a service.
Appointment Booking
Appointments are scheduled through Calendly, a third-party scheduling platform. When you book through Calendly, your name, email address, and scheduling information are collected and governed by Calendly’s Privacy Policy, available at calendly.com. The Native Sage receives your booking details through Calendly solely for the purpose of confirming and fulfilling your appointment.
Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors use our website. GA4 collects anonymized data including pages visited, time on site, general location, device type, and browser. This data is processed by Google and governed by Google’s Privacy Policy. We do not use this data to identify individual visitors. You can opt out via the Google Analytics Opt-Out Browser Add-on.
Website Technical Data
Like most websites, our site automatically collects basic technical data when you visit, including your IP address and browser type. This is used for security and spam prevention only.
How We Store Your Data
Contact form submissions are received at contact@thenativesage.com and managed by Adriann Cain. Booking data is managed within Calendly. Your data is stored on password-protected systems and is not shared with third parties outside of those named in this policy.
Who Has Access to Your Data
Your personal information is not sold or shared with third parties beyond Calendly for booking management. It is otherwise accessible only to The Native Sage for the purpose of responding to your inquiry or delivering your booked service.
How Long We Retain Your Data
Contact and booking information is retained for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected. To request deletion, contact us at contact@thenativesage.com.
Your Rights Under the California Consumer Privacy Act
As a California resident you have the right to know what personal information we collect about you and how it is used, the right to request deletion of your personal information, the right to opt out of the sale of your personal information (we do not sell personal information), and the right to non-discrimination for exercising your privacy rights.
